Greetings Habbo staff,
I hope you will look into the problem that many of Habbos accounts has been banned for the reason of buying credits from 3rd party side. That includes the Habbo accounts of Anava, Majekero, Leatherwood, Exodius, and myself. Habbo has been quick on reply to ask us to pay for unban than doing double or triple checks(read the timestamp of reply)
If we have really purchased credits from 3rd party site. Please provide evidence of proof eg. time/date/year, transaction amt and transaction number together with the credit/debit card used to purchase such credits. I can tell you most of us here don't even own a credit/debit card. Please dont tell us we paid by cash with no transaction proofs. We wan valid and actual proofs. Habbo cannot just ban us without proofs and Habbo cannot provide us with valid proofs cause such incident do not happen in the first place which is why there is no proof.
I hope you can really help look into the matter closely and help me and the rest of the Habbos to get unbanned as we are really innocently banned.
Regards
Jeff Qiu

It doesnt matter already whether it's going to be lifted or not. Not going spend 40 bucks on that. I already told you guys in the previous email. I rather get it remained banned if I have to waste 40 bucks. Thanks for wasting my time. 5 years of playing Habbo and now I can move on once and for all.
